Incoming wastewater from HWTP tankers enters the reaction tank for initial screening and pH adjustment. Acid (CS1) and base (CS2) dosing tanks, together with pH monitoring electrodes, support controlled pH adjustment before the wastewater proceeds to the next treatment stage.

Wastewater is transferred to the coagulation and flocculation tank, where chemical dosing and agitation support the coagulation and flocculation process before settling.

The supplementary storage tanks B1, B2, B3 and B4 provide storage capacity within the treatment process and allow wastewater to be recirculated back to the coagulation and flocculation tank when required.

Intermediate storage tanks AR1 and AR2 provide additional storage between treatment stages and act as a volumetric buffer within the wastewater treatment process.

Wastewater enters Clarifier 1, where suspended solids are separated from the water as part of the clarification stage.

Clarifier 2 continues the suspended solids separation process, providing an additional clarification stage before the wastewater moves to biological treatment.

The wastewater passes through the aerobic tanks AN, A1 and A2, where aerobic oxidation forms the biological treatment stage of the process.

Following aerobic treatment, the wastewater enters Clarifier 3 for another suspended solids separation stage before proceeding to membrane treatment.

The membrane bioreactor combines aerobic oxidation with particle filtration, providing an additional biological treatment and filtration stage within the wastewater treatment process.

Intermediate tanks IP1 and IP2, together with the collection tank CT, provide equalization and collection of clarified water before the next purification stage.

The water passes through the reverse osmosis system, where dissolved solids are separated as part of the advanced treatment stage.

Following the treatment process, the treated water is transferred to tank S2 for final storage.

The chamber filter press provides the dewatering and filtration stage of the treatment process, supporting the handling of material separated during wastewater treatment.
